Inspired by Reinventing Organizations by Frédéric Laloux, many communities are embracing participatory governance – whether under the name of Sociocracy, Holacracy, or, as at Ordinata, Participatory Dynamics.
Since 2001, Ordinata has been accompanying leaders, managers, teams, and organizations in transforming their governance and collaboration practices. Specialized in shared governance, leadership, collective intelligence, and the integration of AI into collaborative dynamics, our trilingual team (French, German, English) works with expertise, creativity, and humanity through workshops and seminars, training programs, and professional coaching.
