My name is Elise Heuberger, and I have been a partner at Ordinata since March 2021.
I have a dual role within the team. On the one hand, I work behind the scenes as Stefan Merckelbach's assistant, helping him to prepare and follow up on all kinds of sessions, including our workshops, training courses and coaching sessions, as well as managing his diary. Behind the scenes, my keywords are: imagination, writing, organisation and communication. On the other hand, I take centre stage by co-facilitating workshops, group training sessions and individual coaching sessions. I aim to lend a sympathetic ear, offer a supportive perspective and provide tools that open up possibilities for everyone, thereby creating a sustainable and happy community.
My background and experiences may seem unusual, sometimes very far apart, and yet it is precisely this diversity that enriches my skills.
I understand how a business operates, both as an employee and as a director. I am comfortable with administrative, accounting, human-resources, productivity and profitability matters, as well as communication.
At the same time, I am deeply involved in personal development and creative practice, convinced that each person has multiple resources and potentials. For me, it is about enabling people to become active agents in their own lives and choices. In this way, we do not simply solve problems — we build solutions, individually and collectively.
Each partner at Ordinata creates their own role, and mine is to be an “instant accomplice of responsibles”. It’s like a photographer’s wink, rooted in humanistic and collective values.
Complicity is a quality that reflects attentive listening, availability, and non-judgmental support. I will therefore be Stefan’s accomplice, just as I will be yours, with a participatory dynamic firmly in sight and set as the goal.
Born in France, I moved to Switzerland in 2002 thanks to my dual nationality inherited from my paternal grandfather, who came from Aargau. With my eyes always wide open—and often filled with wonder—sensitive to creativity and emotional expression, I have always been drawn to the arts and to humanistic philosophy. I studied fine arts at the Beaux-Arts and then attended a specialized school to work as an independent photographer. In parallel, I regularly worked as an executive administrative assistant for several companies.
My desire and need to learn and grow have allowed me to acquire numerous tools through training in cultural mediation, therapeutic photography, and Ericksonian therapeutic hypnosis.
Empathy, curiosity, and guidance have always been part of who I am, and I pursue these values—dear to me—with joy and dynamism, both in my personal and professional life. My main sources of inspiration also lie in nature, where I enjoy various exciting activities in every season, as well as in music, which nourishes me every day.
Since 2008, I have been enjoying the joys of being a mother to a son with whom I love to share, laugh and grow every moment.
Alongside Ordinata, I still work as a freelance photographer on commission, particularly in the field of gastronomy, which delights my gourmet palate! I also volunteer at concert halls and festivals, welcoming artists, cooking them delicious meals and serving at the bar. And finally, since 2005, I have been enjoying the joys of winter as a ski instructor.
