With my partners, I support our clients in their projects to develop collective intelligence and corporate culture. “Participatory Dynamics” is my specialty; I teach it in our training programs and pratice it in our workshops. I am often asked to provide individual coaching to executives.

Due to my multilingualism (I speak French, German, English, Italian and Dutch), I am active not only in Switzerland but also regularly in Belgium, with our local partner Sociocraty Belgium, in France and in Japan.

Each partner at Ordinata invents his own role. Mine “philosopher manager” allows me to contribuate by combining the wisdom of philosophers with the experience of leading entrepreneurs. Within Ordinta I try to do the same.

I am from Fribourg, but originally from the Netherlands. I loved studying philosophy at the Universities of Fribourg and Geneva. Since then, I have been more involved in practical work – theory has increasingly taken a back seat, but it continues to form an important basis for the content of the methods we teach and practise, as well as their further development. I was fortunate enough to learn the ropes at a technology company in the early days of the internet, then I founded Ordinata in 2001.

In the meantime, I started a family, set up a primary school with friends and worked in several associations. Although innovation is a real need for me, I remain faithful to my initiatives and the relationships they generate.
